How do I know what version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader is on my computer?

To check what version of Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer, click on START, go to PROGRAMS and look in the menu that pops up for Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader. There should be a version number listed next to the entry. If it is less than 5, you will need to download the upgrade to view our reports. Click on the link above to go to Adobe's website to download the latest version.

If you cannot view our reports and you have Adobe Acrobat 5, 6, 7 or 8 or Adobe Acrobat Reader 5, 6, 7 or 8 installed:

If you cannot view a report after clicking on it, most likely, the Adobe Acrobat Reader Plug-In is not installed or configured properly on your computer. You can try one of the following:

1. You can download the file by right clicking on the link to the report, choose Save Target As and save the file to your hard drive. Make sure you remember where you saved it and then locate the file and open it.

2. To view information on how to fix this problem click here if you have Internet Explorer, Netscape or AOL.

3. Often times when you start Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader for the first time a window will open up that will require you to agree to their terms and conditions of use. The problem is that this window will open underneath all of your other open windows and will not allow you to view our reports until you close this window. Simply minimize all of your windows one at a time until you see this window.

4. You may need to reinstall Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader. Make sure that you choose to install all the features that are available.
